Description

• Engage with construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.Deliver weekly an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of business • Manage accounts through entire sales process; business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support • Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities • Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements • Create and deliver engaging remote software demonstrations to identify and establish sales opportunities and drive revenue • Develop a strong understanding of Clearstory's solution offering, acting as a subject matter expert of its value proposition, and becoming knowledgeable of competitive offerings

Requirements

• High energy, driven, team player • 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B, selling to all levels of an account • A results-driven and a consistent track record of exceeding quota • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers • Entrepreneurial and thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred • Ability to develop trusted relationships • Experience working in the Commercial Construction Industry is a great benefit
