Description

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules • Develop and maintain automations and flows • Research and implement solutions and 3rd party integrations • Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria for projects • Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide user support • Conduct system maintenance including security reviews and release updates • Drive system changes and create technical documentation • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Current Salesforce Administrator certification required • Significant experience in Salesforce architecture and APIs • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and features • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience working in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment • Interest in climate change and commitment to ClimateWorks' mission and values • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage shifting priorities
