Description

• Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement analysis. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes. • Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls. • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Expert in Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Index and match • Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting or related roles. • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions. • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus. • Be able to read and research expenses to allocate to correct GL accounts. • 2+ Years with Microsoft GP. • Strong English.
