Description

• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems using state of the art technology • Responsible for the architecture, development, and evolution of key products and features at Coda • Collaborate with team members to define and implement complex features • Optimize products, identify and fix problems, improve stability and user experience • Take operational responsibility for owned services • Debug production issues across services • Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field • Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages • Strong understanding of software architecture • Understanding of data systems and how to query/interact with them • Desire to build automation, implement CI/CD practices and test automation • Understanding of agile methodologies • Good command of the English language • Bonus: Experience building high scale APIs, knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies, and experience in FinTech or related fields requiring strong security discipline
