Description

• Work with a team of designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and policy experts across program portfolios • Spend time with key government agencies to understand technical needs and develop solutions • Solutions Architects integral in Criminal Justice, Tax Benefits, and Social Safety Net program areas • Report to Associate Director of State Solutions with the possibility of remote work or being based in San Francisco • Travel up to 10% of the time

Requirements

• Lead technical advisement, implementation, migration, and integration projects for government safety net services • Design and implement open source solutions involving data quality, normalization, and spread • Work closely with government partners to offer technical solutions and improve government services • Document and communicate technical best practices and assist in framing government RFPs • Estimate project scope and plans for government initiatives • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
