Description

• Role Description: In the role of a QA/App Tester, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the premium quality and functionality of the application. You will undertake thorough exploration across various scenarios, conducting comprehensive testing to identify and rectify potential anomalies, thereby cultivating a better user experience. You will apply a systematic, detailed, and analytical approach in discerning and reporting any discrepancies, thereby guaranteeing the seamless operation of our company’s solutions. • Post-Launch Quality Assurance: Continue testing on production environments after new features are launched. This crucial step ensures that updates integrate seamlessly into the user experience, maintaining and enhancing the quality our customers expect and deserve. • Cross-platform Testing : Shall ensure the application functions correctly across different devices, operating systems, and browsers. This shall include testing on mobile devices, desktops, and tablets to ensure a consistent and optimized user experience. • Testing Automation (pré): Design, develop, and execute automated tests using appropriate tools and frameworks. This shall include unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to validate the application's performance, reliability, and scalability across different environments and platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years development / devops experience • Proven experience in desktop testing • Prior experience with testing in different environments (e.g. Windows/ Apple) and devices (laptop/ desktops) • Experience in quality control, ensuring standards and processes are followed • Basic knowledge of coding and apps, enabling effective communication with developers • Proficiency in JavaScript, Puppeteer and Playwright (Pré) • Strong ability to analyze technical documentation and identify key requirements • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with teams and clients • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various programming environments and quickly learn new technologies • Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
