Description
• Serve as legal advisor to business executives and security team • Ensure compliance with applicable e-money/payment services and financial services law and regulation • Provide legal guidance to international operating entities • Advise on new regulatory trends involving digital currency and cybersecurity • Manage operating risks and legal needs as international business grows • Manage outside counsel effectively
Requirements
• Qualified solicitor in the UK or Ireland with 6-10 years experience in cybersecurity law • Familiarity with PSD2/3, Mica, DORA, and other cybersecurity regulations • Experience with regulators like Financial Conduct Authority and Central Bank of Ireland preferred • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple time zones
