📋 Description

• Develop new features and enhance existing systems with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability • Master the software architecture and propose structural improvements to the system • Implement integrations between internal and external services, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Write clean, testable, and efficient code following engineering best practices and team-defined standards • Create and run automated and unit tests • Work closely with product, QA, front-end, and data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery • Participate in code reviews • Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks • Document flows, architectures, and adopted practices • Collaborate in agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, and retrospectives • Mentor and support junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in back-end development with Java • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL and MongoDB • Experience handling large volumes of data and complex/heavy queries • Knowledge of modular service architectures and RESTful APIs • Experience with automated testing, Git version control, and CI/CD • Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, and Cursor • Prior experience in digital product teams and agile methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication with technical and business stakeholders • Preferred: experience in healthtechs or companies with high technical complexity • Preferred: experience with AWS services, including EC2, RDS, SQS, and Elastic Beanstalk • Preferred: experience developing solutions using AI tools • Preferred: experience in observability, monitoring, and SRE best practices • Preferred: prior work in high-scale, high-volume data environments
