Description

• This role will help farmers and their advisors with getting the most out of the features keeping their workflow and goals in mind while also bringing back feedback on how/where to improve the product, or opportunities that can be interesting. • Support and at times lead software integration, customer onboarding and training, customer communications, and provide ongoing product training and support for customers. • Identify farmer and advisor challenges and opportunities and find out how the Platform can solve these issues. • Successful outcomes will deliver against company targets and growth ambitions. • Support and at times lead data integration of dairy software programs in the areas of Dairy Herd Management Software (DHMS), feed software, milk processor data and more.

Requirements

• Worked as a dairy farm advisor preferable in nutrition, however consideration also given to reproduction, milk processing, veterinarians, data integration and support and other farm advisors in the capacity of customer service, sales, success, or other customer-facing solutions. • Customer-centric, understanding customer needs and translating this effectively into technical solutions. • Have successfully led projects and worked across teams to deploy technology solutions. • Technologist with a keen knowledge of the agriculture value chain, or have demonstrated the ability to learn an industry quickly. • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a role as a dairy farm advisor. • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, product, sales, or business.
