Description

• Supportive voice of Every Mother to prospective and current members • Provide timely and accurate responses to questions through real-time messaging and email • Help shape new and future offerings through interaction with members • Ensure highest level of service to customer base with accurate, efficient, and constructive communication • Respond to customer inquiries and complete daily administrative tasks • Build rapport with current members • Complete occasional special projects

Requirements

• High attention to detail • Adept at thinking outside of the box and creative problem-solving • Strong time management • Ability to work independently but willing to ask for help when needed • Compassionate personality • Access to a computer with internet • Working knowledge of Google applications • 2+ years in a customer service-orientated role • Previous experience working in a start-up environment preferred but not required
