• 2-3 years of relevant work experience. • Proven background on the ff: • Social Media Marketing: Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement. • Online Engagement: Ability to interact with users effectively, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. • Verbal Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both in-person and online. • Organization: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, and track performance metrics. • Professionalism: Maintain a professional tone and image on social media, representing the company positively. • Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs and preferences to create engaging content and provide excellent service. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and strategies. • Creativity: Ability to brainstorm and contribute innovative campaign ideas that align with the company's brand and goals. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with learning and using internal software systems for social media management and analytics. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms, trends, and company strategies.
