• Deliver high quality professional level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining pool of candidates • Execute targeted search/marketing/communication strategies to build both active and passive candidate pipeline • Assist recruiters in sourcing and scheduling qualified candidates for their requirements. • Schedule and conduct interviews via phone calls or video calls interviews.
