Description

• Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high-quality deliverables • Prepare project plans, track and report on status, progress, and risks • Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations • Lead and train junior team members • Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings • Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and technology tools

Requirements

• Good understanding of key business and finance processes • Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas • Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills • Experience managing teams and projects • Business consulting experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills • Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases) • CPA and/or MBA beneficial • Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt beneficial • Minimum 5-7 years consulting/industry experience required • Willingness to travel
