📋 Description

• Organize, review, and issue invoices. • Validate amounts, taxes, and information on tax documents. • Perform routine reviews of invoices and other documents. • Ensure that obligations and receipts are up to date and recorded in the systems. • Provide customer support regarding requests and questions related to invoices. • Request, correct, and send tax documents to customers. • Collaborate with the finance team on administrative and operational activities. • Organize documents and files for the finance department.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with administrative and financial processes, including invoice management. • Ability to work accurately with numbers, strict deadlines, and technical details. • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools or management software. • Ability to manage your own time and anticipate the department’s needs. • Interest in understanding the clinic market and the specific characteristics of its target audience. • Bachelor’s degree.
