📋 Description

• Central point of contact for customers in our parking facilities • Assistance with operating payment machines and with vehicle entry and exit in the parking facilities • Support with technical issues in the parking garage • Documentation of faults in the parking garages and initiation of actions for troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Career changers welcome who enjoy customer contact and have a good technical understanding • Excellent communication skills and clear, persuasive expression • Customer-focused, independent and responsible working style • Self-initiative and team spirit • Flexible availability and willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift pattern, including weekends • Good German language skills and basic English; additional languages are a plus
