📋 Description

• Translate rough onshore requirements into India-market roles, including level, titles, skills, and compensation package • Design the sourcing strategy and select channels for each search • Headhunt passive candidates and conduct direct outreach using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other effective channels • Build talent pools, referral programs, and campus recruiting pipelines • Own searches end to end from scoping with the hiring manager through outreach, screening, interviews, and close • Maintain and evolve the hiring bar and scorecards for offshore searches • Design and run interview processes, train hiring managers, and manage assessments and background checks • Own India careers page content, recruitment marketing, hiring social presence, and AmbitionBox and Glassdoor reputation • Run the ATS and maintain visible funnel and diversity metrics • Manage agencies and vendors when external recruiting support is needed • Close candidates and provide a documented handoff to People Ops • Build a sourcing and hiring playbook based on search outcomes and market data • Hire and develop recruitment support as volume justifies

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle searches owned end to end and hires closed across more than one function; typically four to eight years of experience • Experience headhunting passive candidates directly on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience turning a rough or onshore-framed requirement into an India market role with appropriate level, titles, skills, and package • Experience building or running an interview or assessment process • Employer brand or recruitment marketing experience, such as careers page, campaign, or review site work • Ability to own an ATS end to end, including configuration, data quality, funnel reporting, and diversity metrics • Experience defending shortlists and screening against a hiring bar with hiring managers • Sharp written English • EdTech, education services, or student-facing organisation background preferred • Experience hiring across creative, content, operations, or automation roles preferred • Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit preferred • Experience managing a small recruiting or sourcing team preferred • Agency or vendor management experience preferred
