🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Chemistry or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in business development or commercial roles • Strong track record in generating and converting opportunities • Experience in managing client relationships and sales processes • Ability to translate technical services into client value • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work across regions and teams • Willingness to travel internationally
