• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within refrigeration, cold chain, or related industrial sectors. • Fluent in French (essential). • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes. • Proven ability to build and grow relationships across OEM customers. • Experience operating within multi-stakeholder, technical sales environments. • Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
