Description
• Achieve sales targets in units and revenue as well as price targets • Propose sales targets and strategies to management on a regular basis and present written reports and recommendations • Disseminate information regarding approved labelled indications for use • Collaborate with company staff and other resources effectively, maximize business opportunities • Project and maintain company image and presence within assigned territory • Promote strategic products in hospital and to distributors through training initiatives • Complete timely reports and maintain sales database • Maintain personal knowledge base regarding all Corcym products • Provide product training regarding labeled information • Manage territory expense budget
Requirements
• Ability to constructively ask questions and challenge the status quo • Proven history of goals achieved • Ability to anticipate customer needs, internal and external • Act with a sense of urgency, think and react fast to a changing environment • Facilitation skills, collaborate with internal teams • Superior knowledge of market and competitors • Scientific and technical expertise in operative environments and surgical theaters • Ability to understand, analyze, and use data • Proficiency on profiling, account management, opportunity management, lead management, and CRM concepts • Ability to prepare and manage effective account plans • Effective communication skills, ability to negotiate effective agreements • Proven track record of continuous improvement, continuous learner mentality • Travel required: >50% • Graduate degree, preferably in biomedical sciences or related field • 3+ years of clinical experience in a related medical field • Sales experience is preferred
