📋 Description

• Reclutar posiciones corporativas, tecnológicas y de ventas • Publicar vacantes y realizar hunting activo en fuentes de reclutamiento • Dar seguimiento y asesoría continua a los Hiring Managers, compartiendo visión de mercado y estatus de vacantes • Gestionar el ciclo de reclutamiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA’s de cobertura • Elaborar y entregar reportes semanales con métricas clave • Apoyar en el cálculo y envío de ofertas a candidatos seleccionados • Preparar expedientes de nuevo ingreso • Presentar la bienvenida institucional y acompañar a nuevos colaboradores en su primer día • Medir el éxito mediante cobertura de vacantes, NPS de Hiring Managers, NPS de Onboarding y cumplimiento de SLA’s

🎯 Requirements

• Licenciatura concluida en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o carreras afines • Mínimo de 6 meses a 1 año en roles de reclutamiento y selección de personal • Enfoque en el cliente y colaboración • Iniciativa, orientación a la acción y ownership de resultados • Comunicación efectiva y relaciones transparentes a todo nivel
