• Accelerate new business acquisition in the SMB segment • Support market expansion and promote modern compensation approaches • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities • Close deals and contribute to net-new revenue • Lead discovery calls and demos independently • Maintain strong CRM discipline
• Fluent in English and Italian (C2/native) • Experience running outbound pipeline • Experience closing B2B or B2C deals • Strong organization and priority skills for managing a full pipeline • Proficiency in CRM and sales metrics, especially HubSpot
