Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing high-quality, scalable front-end web solutions for eCommerce or web applications using industry best practices and the latest technical trends • Planning out complex front-end web solutions and breaking them down into smaller tasks that can be assigned • Working directly with team members, Project Managers, and occasionally clients from project kick-off to deployment, by gathering requirements and developing solutions to meet client expectations • Writing Shopify ( HTML, CSS, Javascript and Liquid) code for projects on assigned tasks • Working with Design team to define and implement end-user functionality • Analyzing requirements and working with Project Manager and client to determine specific issue details • Working with Technical Team to write acceptance criteria to ensure software solution meets client expectations

Requirements

• 5+ years of interface development in Shopify is required • HTML5 and CSS3 (SASS or Less) • JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks and libraries • MVC and Object Oriented Programing concepts • Web Services, JSON, JavaScript/jQuery, and XML • Version Control Systems • Working knowledge of image editing programs, such as Photoshop and Sketch • Back-end software development; in languages and platforms such as C#, .NET, Ruby, and Java, preferred • Experience integrating third-party APIs
