Description

• Support the SmartLab proposal creation process by accurately pricing proposals. This includes provisioning for both new and existing SmartLabs. • Manage vendor and supplier registrations for CLS, ensuring a streamlined operation and maintaining strong relationships with all partners. • Actively support the development and response to customer RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and aligned with company standards. • Process catalog purchase orders, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from initiation to completion. • Provide administrative support for the renewal of Customer Support Agreements (CSAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience. • Experience in a sales support role. • Demonstrates confidence and credibility to internal and external stakeholders. • Microsoft Excel skills required. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Experience using SalesForce or other CRM. • Experience and demonstrated success in extremely detail-oriented tasks.
