• Administrative support: post job openings, assist the TA Lead with maintaining and updating candidate databases (ie. we use Lever), submit candidate background checks, and organize recruitment-related documentation. • Interview coordination: facilitate the interview process by scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers and coordinating logistics. • Candidate sourcing: leveraging various platforms to support recruitment in ensuring steady pipeline (ie. Linkedin, job boards, and ATS). • Onboarding assistance: collaborate with the HR team to support facilitating onboarding of new hires. • Additional projects and responsibilities may be identified based on emerging team priorities
• 2+ years experience of candidate care, recruitment, sourcing, or HR administration • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across Cresta • Thrive in rapid pace, dynamic and remote first environments • Experience executing while also shaping new processes • Experience working with applicant tracking systems • Experience with G-Suite, Notion, and Lever is a bonus
