âą Identify and qualify outbound and inbound leads by phone, email, social media messaging, AI, and other available media âą Facilitate and perform capabilities demonstrations remotely and, as needed, in person âą Manage the sales pipeline, including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, and closing won and lost opportunities âą Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for capabilities demonstrations, opportunities created, and new client contracts awarded âą Become a subject matter expert on CRIO products and their impact on customers' businesses âą Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, key clients, stakeholders, clinical research sites, and academic institutions âą Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities and document customer interactions âą Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings âą Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning âą Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams âą Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction
âą Proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment âą Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and establish trust âą High integrity and respectful conduct âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills âą Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely âą Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools âą Strong organizational and time management skills âą Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events âą Desire to pursue a career in sales âą At least 4 years of experience in business development âą Track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment âą Available based on AEST or ACST time zone âą Available for a weekly CRIO team call at 6AM AEST âą Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) âą Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or highly similar position (preferred)
