📋 Description

• Identify organisations with strong business potential across Australia and New Zealand • Research business context, make initial contact and qualify opportunities before involving the Regional Sales Manager • Build a qualified ANZ pipeline and generate qualified meetings • Shape market segmentation, priority industries, account profiles, outreach methods and messaging • Develop a systematic and scalable ANZ business development approach • Manage two active opportunities, ensuring clear next steps and continued progress • Run a re-engagement campaign across eight organisations that previously considered ERP solutions • Participate in fortnightly regional and global meetings with the IFS alliance team • Work with Marketing on sector-specific messaging, campaigns, objections, market feedback, account-based activities and events • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data in Pipedrive for pipeline management and forecasting • Participate in selected industry events and manage business development from planning and targeting through post-event follow-up • Review CRM data, tender portals, accounts and opportunities for approximately two hours per week • Maintain prospecting, qualification and account-development activities against agreed monthly qualified-meetings targets • Provide market insight to Sales, Marketing, IFS, partners and advisors • Prepare client-ready presentations and pipeline spreadsheets as part of the assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work independently as the first dedicated BDR in the ANZ business • Experience or knowledge of a project-, asset- or service-intensive industry • Ability to work independently with PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint • Confidence using Excel to analyse and interpret commercial information • Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint • Ability to prepare a client-ready presentation independently • Ability to prioritise work and make sound decisions without detailed day-to-day direction • Ability to build and improve campaigns and outreach sequences • Ability to prospect, qualify and develop accounts • Ability to maintain relationships with partners and advisors over longer sales cycles • Understanding of ERP, EAM and FSM and the organisations that use these solutions • Ability to maintain accurate and complete Pipedrive CRM data • Ability to participate in industry events and manage follow-up campaigns • English proficiency required; level to be provided in the application
