Description

• Responsible for effectively communicating product and clinical benefits of CVRx devices to cardiologists, Heart Failure, Hypertension Specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons to ensure their understanding of the clinical therapy. • Educate and train clinicians, office, and hospital staff on the proper use of CRVx products. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implant procedures, follow-up procedures, and patient office visits to ensure positive clinical outcomes. • Work with Account Managers in developing a sales plan tailored to the local market. • Work with hospital staff and key physicians in the development and execution of a plan to effectively launch CVRx programs at new customer sites and ensure ongoing commitment to the program. • Drive utilization and continuous expansion of CVRx products through disease state education and supporting the development of therapeutic programs. • Effectively convert high potential leads and drive training activities. • Meet with existing and potential health care providers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and provide creative and feasible solutions. • Support Clinical Research function to ensure enrollment, high quality follow-up, and completeness of data for the Company’s studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff. • Ability to master concepts of a medical & surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology. • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter with the drive and persistence to introduce a novel and innovative technology to the market.
