Description

• Coordinate communication, resources, and efforts required to support clients with multiple, complex projects • Work with clients to complete current projects, modify project scope, and strategically plan for mid-to-long range projects • Assist with product customization, product roadmap planners, and service departments • Support sales team in understanding client vision and lead implementation team through client onboarding process • Provide oversight of consulting, customizations, and post-implementation projects • Apply best practices in program and project management to promote internal efficiency and client satisfaction • Sync client expectations with product and service capabilities as both evolve • Maintain communication and collaboration with clients • Manage cross-functional and inter-departmental teams
