📋 Description

• Audit and map current cloud costs, identifying waste and underutilized resources • Implement rightsizing and autoscaling policies • Negotiate and manage Savings Plans • Create and maintain cost observability dashboards • Define and enforce tagging policies • Automate cost optimization routines • Report savings achieved and recommend ongoing FinOps initiatives • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to balance cost and performance in architectural decisions • Investigate technical issues • Monitor cloud environments • Support optimization of infrastructure and cloud costs • Maintain visibility into infrastructure and cloud spend through dashboards and observability practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud), including infrastructure and provisioning • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform • Proficiency with cloud billing and cost management tools (AWS Cost Explorer, GCP Billing, or OCI Billing) • Knowledge of Kubernetes
