âą possess a bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related scientific or technical field âą 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization âą proven track record of launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences âą fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a plus âą must be able to travel within the EMEA region
