Description

• Responsible for successful completion of the weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and global payroll processes • Validate the accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments • Monitor federal, state and local regulations related to payroll and employment tax laws • Support quarterly and annual payroll related filings • Assist in the integration of newly acquired technology • Train and support the People team on HCM processes • Participate in testing activities and validate outcomes • Create and maintain online project-tracking system

Requirements

• Direct experience with global payroll processing handling multi-state and international payroll taxes • 3+ years of experience working with large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities • Experience with Oracle HCM strongly preferred • Strong project management experience • Proven experience to lead change through periods of rapid growth • Flexibility in hyper-growth environment • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Advanced Excel skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
