• Fulfill quantitative requirements under the leadership and supervision of superior, and independently handle his/her own tasks. • Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through professional consultancy by means of presentation, training, workshop etc. • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships. • Follow up on the end users’ feedback and assist in marketing events. • Responsible for helping dealers develop new clients, monitoring cross-territorial sales. • Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and payment. • Propose improvement suggestions of products and services according to the changes and variations of customer needs and market. • Other duties as assigned. • Frequent travel.
• College’s degree or above, preferred in stomatology related domain. • At least 4 years relevant working experience in foreign invested companies, dental products sales experience preferred. • Excellent command of presentation and negotiation skills. • Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. • Proactive and strong willing to win. • Logic thinking. • Willingness to work under pressure and through significant business travel.
