• Own and execute outbound prospecting across the DACH market (multi-channel: calls, email, LinkedIn). • Generate high-quality pipeline through strategic account targeting and personalization. • Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets (calls, emails, meetings booked). • Craft compelling messaging tailored to different industries, personas, and regions. • Collaborate closely with AEs to align on account strategy and ensure strong conversion to opportunities. • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outbound approaches to maximize performance. • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and contribute to a scalable, predictable pipeline engine. 2-3 days per week from either our Barcelona or Berlin hub.
• Outbound-first mindset, you thrive on proactive outreach and are energised by building pipeline from scratch. • Some experience in SaaS or a BDR/SDR role is a plus, but mindset and drive matter more than years. • Hungry, competitive, and motivated by targets, growth, and continuous improvement. • Resilient and persistent, you embrace rejection, stay consistent, and keep pushing. • Confident communicator, especially on cold calls, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (Director/C-level). • Curious and adaptable, able to tailor messaging across different industries and international markets. • Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic and a “get it done” attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow into more senior or closing roles. • Native German speaking and excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong plus.
