• Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform users, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate • Onboard new users onto the platform, guiding them through the setup process and providing training on platform features and best practices • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive user engagement on the platform • Monitor platform usage and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives with business objectives • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of client satisfaction • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts • Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive user retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field • Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools • Passion for gaming and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the gaming industry.
