Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred • 5+ years of experience in a senior operations management role, with a focus on e-commerce operations • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency in English

Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience
