Description

• Vercel is looking for an experienced operator to design, implement, and lead our GTM systems architecture. We are looking to build our GTM Systems in a way that will accommodate the rapid growth of the company while also enforcing good development practices, governance and permission controls, and retain flexibility to react to the shifting needs of the company. This role will report directly to the Head of GTM Operations and will need to be able to work autonomously to design and develop sound solutions quickly.

Requirements

• Proven systems experience in GTM Operations or RevOps, preferably in a leadership role • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes in B2B SaaS organizations • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Architect • Experience supporting Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops in achieving quarterly goals • Experience developing in a sandbox environment and deploying packages to production • Experience working for a SaaS company in either a sales, customer success, or marketing position • Ability to manage competing priorities and quickly shift from one project to another as priorities change
