• Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service role. • Strong technical skills with electrical assemblies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and execute multiple tasks effectively. • Willingness to travel frequently within the United States and occasionally internationally. • Ability to work in the field, including going up and down stairs and ladders.
