Description

• Conduct on-site audits, installations, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution both remotely and on-site. • Ability to direct third party service providers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and service delivery. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. • Maintain detailed documentation of service operations and customer interactions. • Execute service projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. • Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvements • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time during peak season.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service role. • Strong technical skills with electrical assemblies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and execute multiple tasks effectively. • Willingness to travel frequently within the United States and occasionally internationally. • Ability to work in the field, including going up and down stairs and ladders.
