Requirements

• 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with performance marketing agency experience • Experience recruiting for various marketing roles • Create sourcing plans to identify top talent • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools • Recruiting experience in multiple markets • Knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and compliance requirements • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated and driven to achieve objectives • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
