Description
• Procure high-quality SFR real estate investors for investment financing products • Introduce known and new RE investors to mobile app and community • Drive new users to app through online outreach and events • Consult with potential borrowers and drive loan originations • Comfortable with various communication forms • Maintain standards for data entry in CRM • Meet & exceed personal sales quota • Advise customers on real estate investment strategies • Represent company at real estate events • Assistance in company strategy as it grows • Some travel may be required • Role may evolve as company grows
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in sales, lending, or real estate working with single family investors • High-level understanding of business, finance, and lending concepts • Ability to manage growing book of business • Existing relationships with real estate investors a plus • Experience with CRM and sales tech • Comfortable in a small, relatively unstructured office environment • Self-directed, hungry, coachable, and collaborative • High integrity, dependability, accountability, and respect • Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to champion company's culture & Core Values
