• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities • Qualify leads through strategic outreach via email, phone calls, and social media channels • Assist in creating and optimizing email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth • Provide regular updates and reports on lead-generation activities and outcomes
• 1-2 years of USA market experience in cold calling, business development and appointment scheduling • Ability to call 80+ people a day to generate 1 appointment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement • Proficiency in Apollo, Linkedin and Hubspot CRM • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
