• Help build and develop a Sales Enablement program from the ground up. • Make data-based decisions to improve existing strategies. • Support buying and selling processes at all stages of the funnel. • Partner with sales team to identify performance gaps and develop recommendations. • Own execution and reinforcement of dscout's Sales Methodology. • Support sales coaching program development. • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape. • Possess high-level skills in listening, speaking, writing, and presenting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent with proven history of success. • Experience working for a SaaS company. • 4+ years of work experience in Sales Training, Product Marketing, or Sales Enablement. • Experience creating end-to-end onboarding or coaching programs preferred. • Some business travel may be required. • Experience using Salesforce, Gong.io, Showpad, Outreach, Vidyard or other sales enablement tools.
