Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various complex commercial, procurement, and other contracts • Advise on strategic business transactions and collaborations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Analyze and report on contract terms and transaction issues • Develop and enforce policies and procedures regarding contracts

Requirements

• At least 7 years of licensing and commercial agreements experience in biotech, pharma, or law firm • JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar • Strong legal background and licensing experience in biotech or biopharma R&D • Ability to build relationships, manage outside counsel, and drive issues to closure • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
