• Act as product expert, consultant, and customer advocate • Qualify new sales leads and create tailored demonstrations • Perform outbound outreach to leads and partner companies • Negotiate prices, prepare sales agreements, and maintain contacts • Work with product and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Excellent presentation skills • Experience within the assisted living industry is a bonus, but not required • Knowledge of eMAR, EHR, ECP, or CRM software is a plus • Experience with technology or software sales
