• Part of Customer Success organization • Analyze and understand customer's logging pipelines, tools, and processes • Architect and implement Edge Delta setup for integration, scale, and repeatability • Consult on logging, metrics, and monitoring best practices • Be a subject matter expert with product • Interface with Customer's Executive and Leadership teams • Document and implement onboarding processes and solutions • Interact with customers on a professional and highly technical level • Work closely with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
• BA/BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering-related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in customer facing technical support • Hands-on experience with DevOps, application monitoring, software release tools, and cloud-native application infrastructure platforms • Deep understanding of cloud providers and cloud technologies • Knowledge of logging systems and pipelines • Extensive experience with Linux systems • Sysadmin level skills • Comfortable with scripting and programming • Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and related tools
