Description

• Manage all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and fiscal analysis • Oversee and automate daily bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks • Implement and maintain compliance policies throughout the organization • Serve as the corporate records manager organizing and maintaining documentation for multiple entities • Track deadlines and maintain organized systems for filing and recordkeeping

Requirements

• Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software • Proven ability in developing and enforcing compliance policies • Exceptional organizational skills for managing documents across multiple entities • CPA certification or similar required • Previous experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role preferred
