Description

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to cleanse, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently, including joining disparate datasets • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, including the use of macros and Visual Basic for automation and optimization • Design, build, and manage databases using Airtable, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Aggregate and analyze invoice-level data to establish unit pricing, purchasing patterns, and savings • Categorize and analyze General Ledger and Accounts Payable data to identify expense categories and volumes of expenditure by supplier • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by management • Interpret and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports • Apply critical thinking skills to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and propose solutions to improve accuracy and reliability • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives and decision-making • Continuously monitor and evaluate data integrity and validity, implementing corrective measures as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and power pivots, writing macros, VBA, and data visualization techniques • Experience with Airtable or similar database tool(s), including designing and building databases • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
