• Responsible for first responses to Sales queries as part of the Sales Operations service desk, monitoring Slack channels and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate channels for prompt resolution • Administer Opportunity, Account and Lead records in Salesforce, including reopening opportunities, merging duplicate records, data quality checks and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records • Administering our allocations tool and related data to ensure fair distribution of records across the sales team • Conduct lead and account enrichment, including researching and appending data to existing leads to increase the accuracy and completeness of our database • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for Sales, ensuring Lead and Account pipelines are assigned and redistributed in a timely manner • Communicate with Sales Leaders to understand the detailed requirements for requests that are submitted • Support ad-hoc reporting and assist with monthly dashboard or reports updates in Salesforce • Collaborating with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and followed, as well as identifying & executing on opportunities for improvement with the goal of improving data quality and reducing room for error
• Previous experience in data administration, data analysis, or data management • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly pivot to respond to changes with the business and market • Previous experience working alongside a sales team highly regarded • Previous experience working in a service desk, or similar capacity highly regarded, as is experience using communication tools such as Slack • Proficiency using or administering data within the Salesforce platform, or comparable CRM, including building or maintaining reports & dashboards • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Exposure to tools such as Chili Piper, LeanData, ZoomInfo or Cognism highly regarded • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate proactively with peers, managers, and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges • Excellent attention to detail
