📋 Description

• Develop sales initiatives to increase volume and distribution. • Control and manage customer investments, cash generation, and credit risk. • Ensure effective execution of the field plan by promoting phasing and improving distribution. • Develop and expand the product mix across customer accounts. • Reduce out-of-stock rates and returns. • Negotiate price lists with customers. • Monitor and control prices at the point of sale. • Apply strategic business insight and understand the dynamics of the relevant market. • Calculate DOH, margin, and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Experience in sales. • Experience in the indirect pharmaceutical channel in the region is preferred. • Highly resilient and analytical profile, with a continuous-improvement mindset. • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with at least intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Analytical mindset and strong communication skills. • Proficiency in Scantech/Nielsen is a plus. • Must reside in Bahia. • Willingness to travel. • Applicants must be local candidates already authorized to work in Brazil; relocation support is not available.
