Description

• Support further growth in the team by onboarding direct customers across low-mid market segments into the Employment Hero platform • Work with customers to configure, learn, and optimize the platform and product functionality • Guide customers on how to configure their platforms for best practice and operationalize within their business • Assist in supporting product adoption and velocity to value • Communicate effectively, collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and drive outcomes • Engage in change management and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Australian employment and payroll legislation • Experience in onboarding of SAAS products • Familiarity with omnichannel, webinars, booking tools • Knowledge of Salesforce, ZenDesk, and project management • Ability to make informed decisions based on employment and payroll laws • Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
