Description

• As the Accounting Leader at Enavate, collaborate closely with the CFO and Senior Leader of Finance and Accounting to spearhead the management, development, and expansion of the accounting function. • Oversee month-end close process, financial reporting, banking, cash management, M&A add-on integration, and deliver strategic financial insights crucial for informed business decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 10+ years in progressive accounting roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. • Strong leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and nurturing a team of up to five international members to achieve their best. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree, CPA license, or CMA certification is preferred.
